Top o’ the Morning to You! My name is Hughie. I was born on St. Patrick’s Day in 2007 so I am just two years old. I weigh just 18 lbs and have the most adorable floppy ears (at least that is what the nice rescue lady said when she saw me!) Even though I am full grown a lot of people think I am still a puppy – must be the cute face! My family decided they did not have time for me anymore so they gave me to rescue to find a new home. I am housebroken and love to take walks – I am very well behaved on a leash. I love to meet other dogs and I especially love to play with them. I have never met a cat so don’t know how I feel about them. I do know that I would love to have another dog in my new home that would play with me a lot. Did I mention that I love to play? I was kept outside in my other home during the day and was only allow in at night. I am looking for a new home where I will always be allowed indoors and am part of the family – there’s nothing better than family time! I am neutered, up to date on all my shots, micro chipped and have been examined and given a clean bill of health by Boston Buddies’ vet.
