Huggers

Huggers is a medium-size 9-month-old German Shepherd mix. She came to us at a young age due to no fault of her own, and took a bit of time to trust us. Huggers is still working on walking on a leash, but she's making great progress and would benefit even more from a home to call her own! Huggers will need some patience and kindness to adjust, but she's smart and has so much potential. Huggers becomes very easily stressed out by other dogs, and would best acclimate to a new home as an only dog at this time. We also suggest older kids and preferably a calmer, lower-traffic home environment so she can feel the most comfortable. She was tested for heartworms and Lyme and was negative for both. Huggers will be spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated before leaving for her forever home.
