About Me
Characteristics
Good with Dogs, Housetrained, Kids over the age of ten
Hudson is a 3 year old, 9 lb Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix.
He is a tiny, adorable dog with a huge personality that will keep you laughing all the time!
He loves to play with other dogs and is always the first to make friends when new fosters come into the house. He can hold his own with big dogs and little dogs alike.
His favorite activity is running zoomies, and he will run so hard and fast down the hall that he bounces off the wall...but he hops right back up and is ready for more.
He also loves to explore the backyard and find the perfect stick or hunt down those annoying cicadas!
Hudson doesn't live with kids, but we think he would be ok with kids ages 10 and over.
Kids will need to understand that Hudson is not the type of dog to be chased or picked up.
Hudson is cuddly and loves to snuggle at night, but prefers it on his own terms. He doesn't love being picked up...it scares him a little...but he is getting more used to it. Having other dogs around is a must for him as it gives him confidence and someone whose lead he can follow. He is housetrained with a dog door but is probably going to mark at first, so if that's a huge deal to you, he's not your dog (remember, he's tiny so the clean-up is negligible).
Bring a smile to your face every day - take Hudson home with you!
