She is still very much a puppy with big puppy energy. She loves to run around the back yard chasing balls that her humans dutifully throw for her. If you aren't in a throwing mood, that's okay, she will still play ball. She is learning all sorts of things that will need to be continued in her new home. Things like sit, stay, lay and wait. Though stay and wait are difficult for her puppy energy. She eats and sleeps in her kennel and hangs out in there while we are gone. She is a bit anxious hanging in there as she prefers to hang with people.
She is hanging out with another big dog in the house and does take cues from him when he says enough. Huckleberry is going to need someone who will continue her training and showing her the ropes. She can be scared in new situations and meeting new people, but she is getting better at it with adventures to new places and doggy daycare.
She has not been cat tested and at this time no small dogs are recommended until we can further test that. I don't see kids as being a problem, but I don't have any of those floating around too often.
