Huck

Introducing Huck! This adorable guy is about 10 years young and due to no fault of his own is looking for a new forever home. Huck has lived with the same family for most of his life. He has lived with adults and calm, older children and is very affectionate. He is a playful little guy who likes to fetch balls and then snuggle with his humans. He enjoys a walk on a leash with his humans and does best engaging with small dogs. Sadly his home life and stability has changed dramatically and his world has been turned upside down. Because his family wants Huck to be the happiest he can be they have made the very difficult decision to find him a better life. Huck does exhibit signs of anxiety when left alone for long periods of time. He prefers the companionship of his human family, and has lived with cats. The ideal forever home for him to begin his next chapter in life would be with a family/person who is home more often than not, to give him all the snuggles and attention to help him live his best life. Huck is considered to be a senior pup even though he has lots of spunk and love to give. A retired person or remote worker might be the best fit. Home visit and adoption donation required.
