Howie has had a confusing life. He ended up at IACS as a stray in 2020 and was rescued in 2021 from the euthanasia list by LHBR. He was adopted from our rescue and now has been dumped again three years later.
Howie is a pretty brown eyed boy! He enjoys toys and anything he can chew! He is always excited when the leash comes out. He would love a home where he can go on many walks!
Howie is a collie mix and definitely shows the characteristics of his breed. He will need a family dedicated to meeting his physical and mental needs as he is a working breed dog and is therefore very active. He is a fluffy guy so some coat maintenance is also a must.
