Howard is a senior boy at 9 years old who found himself at the shelter after running loose on the streets after his owner passed away. Due to his age and size, he developed extremely bad arthritis, making it hard for him to get around. For this reason he needs a home with little to no stairs. He's currently living comfortably in a foster home where we are learning more about him. More info will be added as we get to know him better!
