Hi my name is Houston and I am a German Shepherd mix. I weigh 65 pounds. I was born in May 2022. My foster mom took me in when I was very little. My previous owners liked me at first, but then stopped showing interest when I got a little bigger. They eventually stopped feeding me and I started going after the chickens. What can I say…I was hungry! I got in trouble for that and they said I had to go. My foster mom rescued me from that situation. I love to play with my squeaky toys and I am friendly with other dogs. I love going for long walks and walk well on leash. I am both kennel trained and house trained. I like to chase the cats so I probably don’t need a home with furry felines. Obviously, if you have chickens then your home wouldn’t be the place for me. I have found they do taste quite yummy! All I want is love. If you have some extra to spare you wouldn’t regret it. I wish to find my forever home soon. I am a good boy and deserve a second chance in life. I am healthy, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and neutered.
