We are 3 hound puppies that lived feral for half our lives. We weigh about 50 pounds. I’m Toby, a black and tan coon hound they tell me. My sisters are Freckles and Hailey. Freckles is a blue tic hound and Hailey is white with a few black spots. None of us are good on a leash; Hailey acts like she’s going to die if leashed. Freckles and I are not quite as dramatic about it. All of us love our foster and love to be petted and of course love food! We also love destroying toys and wrestling with each other and the other dogs in the house. Hailey likes to dig, but then she is a trouble maker. Strangers are another matter—they sometimes make us nervous. I think our perfect home is one with a secure yard, other friendly, playful dog(s) and a very patient human or two. Probably no young kids though. We’re smart, very cute and loving, but we need time to know another person and to feel safe.
