Hotdog is a beautiful and goofy female Husky. She’s about 2 years old and 40 lbs. She is true to her breed. She sings like a diva and runs like the wind. She LOVES the water. She does well with dogs and isn't afraid to speak her mind to them during playtime either. She would most likely do well in a home with children who are respectful of and used to dogs. She is up to date on vaccines, spayed, and heartworm negative. She loves making new friends and can’t wait to meet you! All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info would be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. Please see our website for more information. 2022 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals: Puppies under 12 months - $350 Dogs over 12 months - $250 *Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match!
