My Story
Hopper came to us after being seen in an apartment complex for a few days. She was so matted we had to shave her. Once she was shaved we realized that she wasn't putting weight on one of her legs. We took her to the vet right away. Our vet found that she had recently been hit by a car. She had two pelvis fractures and a fractured femur. He didn't think we needed to do surgery, crate rest would work.
We moved Hopper to a foster to recover. The vet has given her the all clear. We noticed she couldn't see out of one eye so we took her to a doggie ophthalmologist. We discovered that she is blind in her left eye. Vet said it was old trauma. Her right eye is perfect. Here is what Hoppers foster said about her.
Hopper is a very sweet girl. She is always happy to see us when we get home. She wiggles her whole back end and gives you some barks. Its adorable! She LOVES other dogs. She loves to play with them. She lays with them on the dog beds. She doesn't mind cats and is good with children. She is a great eater! Loves treats and going outside to sniff around. She will do best in a home that has another dog and is willing to work with her. She will need regular grooming. She is a very good girl while being groomed.
Estimated to be 4 years old and 15lbs
Hopper is ready for her forever home she is spayed, chipped, and UTD on vaccines. She has had a 4DX test and is negative for heartworm and tick disease.
