My Story

Hope is a small chihuahua-mix puppy. She is currently being fostered in NE Denver with several of her siblings. Hope started her life in Texas. A dog rescuer brought Hope and her littermates to Colorado before a hurricane swept through the area. Hope has been through a lot in her short life and she has the most amazing personality. She is doing great in a foster home. We don't know anything about Hope's life before she arrived to Big Bones. Her foster has ensured she has been well cared for both at home, as well as in the vet's office. Hope's head is a bit more rounded than her siblings. The vet did evaluate Hope for possible hydrocephalus. Hope behaves like a typical puppy and we recommend that the adopter speak to their vet if any concerns turn up. Hope is in a home with kids, cats, and big dogs. Hope is very loving and playful. She loves belly rubs. Please apply if you are interested in meeting her.
