Hoover is a 1 yo rat terrier/mancester terrier chi mix boy. He walks well on leash, friendly and social. His family moved into a rental home and not allowed to have dogs so this sweetheart is looking for his real forever home this time around------ He is about 14 lbs. nice boy, fine with other dogs, cats, and was said to have been raised around young children.
