My name is Hoover, nice to meet you. I'm a Bassett Hound and Beagle mix. I'm about 9 years old and have never had a real home before. I was the community dog. I got a meal here and there, got patted on the head occaisionally but wasn't truly loved. I would like a home where I can be loved just for being me. I'm crippled, but it doesn't slow me down.
