Meet Hootie! This handsome 2-year-old, 8 lb, terrier-mix is a special boy who deserves a wonderful forever home! Hootie was born completely blind, so although this makes him different, he is used to navigating the world with no vision and it does not slow him down! He enjoys gentle play with other pups and entertaining himself with toys, but his favorite thing is snuggling up for all the belly rubs and head scratches. He is unfamiliar with walking on a leash, but he loves sniffing around and is more than happy to be carried or ride along for any and all adventures. He'll benefit from an adopter who is open to working with him on leash training to help him get comfortable with this new activity. Hootie recently transitioned to foster care and has been doing incredibly well. He is working on his potty and crate training and thrives on a consistent routine and schedule.
