Meet Honor (Luna) Sex: Female Age: ~4 years Location: Tulsa Meet Honor! Honor absolutely loves all people. When out in public she wants pets from everyone she meets and is actively displeased when they are not offered. Sometimes she gets a bit too excited and will jump up, but this is something she and her foster are currently working on.. At home, she can be a bit bossy with her foster brothers and sisters, but wants to play and has done great with them and with visiting dogs. At first she was very curious about her kitty sister, but has learned spicy kitty does not want to play and actively avoids her. Honor likes to chase fuzzy things on walks so we'd suggest slow appropriate intros for cats or other small furry friends living in the home. When she has interacted with kids she has been patient and sweet, she does like to jump and play so it's possible that grade school or older would be the best match for her. Honor's favorite activities include belly rubs while watching TV, playing with her stuffies, going for walks, and protecting her home. Honor would do great in an active home with someone to take her on adventures, play toss with her, and enjoy her company. She has mild separation anxiety, but she also lost her previously owner very recently so it makes sense she is anxious when her person leaves. Honor is crate trained but she does not like being confined for long periods of time so her foster mom just leaves her in a closed room and she has not been destructive. Honor is protective of her home and will let you know if someone close to the house. Given her penchant for letting you know there are others nearby and that she can be vocal, apartment living is likely not for her. When Honor finds her person, she will be the most loyal pup. She is friendly, sweet, and just wants to find her person.
