Homer

Homer, is a healthy boy and all set and ready to go to a loving "furever" home. When he first came to stay with us, he was a sickly, timid, and scared baby. It didn't take him long to get adjusted, though! He is suchhhhhh a sweet, loving, loyal, blessing of a dog. He is truly is an absolute joy!!!! He gets along great with both big and small dogs. (Slow introductions are always a must with dogs, but it only took him a couple of days to be bouncing around the house playing with Tater) He LOVESSSSSS people, as well. (Idk about cats, since we don't have any in the home) He's not had one accident in the house. He is a gem on a leash. As far as commands, he is on point with sit and stay. He's still working on others, lol, but he will stop any behavior if you just say, "Homer, no" He loves toys and bones...especially squeaky toys. When he loves on you, he leans against you, because he wants to be as close as possible, and he licks your face. He is all about the belly rubs and the cuddles! There isn't an aggressive bone in this baby's body! All he wants is to love and be loved. Homer is a 2 year old Labrador Retriver. He is now completely healthy, cherry eye had surgery for removal and is shrinking (the cherry, not the eye..lol), and neutered. Heartworm treatment is complete, and he will be leaving the vet's office in a couple of days. Giving this baby a forever home would be the best choice you could ever make.
