He was surrendered to ARF when the owner was overwhelmed with the litter and needed help. Hokey Pokey weighs around 3.5 pounds and should be a small/medium sized dog when he is an adult. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to explore his foster home. He has a $225.00 adoption fee.
