Hobson

Hobson is just as cute as he can be. He's super shy when he meets a new person, but we think he just hasn't had much socialization and once he does, he'll do just fine. For now, Hobson does best with a slow introduction, and then he melts in front of you. He's a real love!

We think Hobson may be a Westie mix. He is more of a cream color, and bigger than the typical Westie, but look at that face! Hobson is probably just over one year old and very puppy like. He needs to do obedience training but will make a great friend once he does. Hobson loves to play with other dogs his size and really loves Vi (see Violet on our site)! He is a bit too shy for a home with small kids.

Adoption Process: We are not first come first served. Indigo Rescue focuses on finding good matches between dogs and families to ensure life long adoptions. We deliver all dogs to their new homes.

All of our dogs are in foster homes. We have adoption events at the Beaverton PetSmart every other Saturday where you can meet many of our dogs at once. Click Here for our Calendar of Events. If the dog seems compatible with your situation we'll set up a time for you to meet the dog.

What changes in your life are likely in the next 10+ years (or life span of the dog) and how will the changes affect the dog? (moving, job or schedule change, school, having children)

Adoption Fee: $150 for larger adult dogs, $250 for small adult dogs and puppies of any size.
