Our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, testing for tick bourne diseases and treated if necessary, our adoptable dogs are altered. Preference to those within 200 miles of Mpls/St Paul, MN Introducing Hildi, a delightful 3-year OES/Min Poodle Mix” who is eagerly seeking her forever family! Hildi was a breeder released to rescue. She is now house-trained, and learning new things, too. Do you and your dog (big or small) need a new friend? This sweet girl adores the company of other dogs and would love another dog to show her the ropes. Though not tested, she might even cozy up to dog savvy cats. She's a well-behaved sweetheart indoors, showing no signs of destructiveness, and is a pro at settling into her crate with a satisfying chew. Hildi loves plush toys and likes to carry them around, then gather them up to create her own little toy pile. With her quiet demeanor, Hildi enjoys her own space but melts under gentle pets from her beloved humans, once she feels comfortable. We can't say this about all of our rescued dogs but Hildi is a dream to groom which is a huge plus with her longer coat. Hildi does face some challenges. Initially fearful, she may dart away until she feels secure, making her a *flight risk* and unable to enjoy a leash walk at this time. Yet, with patience, love, and proper training, Hildi is ready to overcome her fears and blossom into the devoted companion she's meant to be.
