About Me
Characteristics
Playful, Funny, Friendly, Smart, Loves Playing In Water And With Other Dogs
Hilde may not be flawless, but she's absolutely adorable.
Hilde came up from South Carolina with her Mom and four siblings. Occasionally she tilts her head due to a neck injury from being shaken by an inexperienced Mother. Thankfully X rays showed no lasting damage. Like her brother, she has a bit of a "floppy" quality. While she can lose her balance, she quickly regains it. She walks well on a leash, and as she become stronger and growing into her body, she can run full sprint across the yard without any issue. Hilde was evaluated by a Veterinary Neurologist who says that she may never be an athlete but she will make a fantastic companion.
She's active, enjoys running after her brother, wrestling and being a joyful puppy. She loves splashing in the kiddie pool. She is friendly with other dogs and has been good with children. She responds when called and is making strides with potty training. Hilde is also being crate trained. She’s very good about going into her crate without issue, but does need to be let out overnight while she masters potty training. She's learning leash manners and a harness is essential for her walks. Despite her coordination challenges, she's a sweet dog who is happy and loves life.
A picture of Mom is included in her picture portfolio.
