Hero

Be Hero's hero! Hero is a happy, loving and sweet boy hoping to find a forever family! Hero was hit by a car over a year ago which gave him a wonky walk but he gets around great! He does best on carpet but can manage slicker floors when he isn't super excited. We have large rugs in our living spaces that work great for him! He's such a love and will follow you everywhere, usually with one of his favorite toys in his mouth. Hero loves to chase a ball or a toy but sometimes his front end gets moving faster than his back end can keep up. He has control of his bowels and bladder and is potty trained! So he just needs a loving adopter who realizes he's not perfect but perfect for them! Hero is about 2.5 years old, vaccinated, neutered, on prevention and microchipped. He tested very low positive for heartworms but received a Proheart 12 shot for treatment. We'd love to see this boy find a forever family! He's good with most dogs but bouncy puppies annoy him and he can get jealous of another dog trying to nose in on his toys or snuggletime. He'd love to be an only pup but could possibly co-exist with another respectful pup. He will chase cats so a cat free home is best.
