Here comes the Sun: Carolina

Carolina was hit by a car in Houston, witnessed by dozens of people during rush out traffic - limped to the side then tried to jump into cars. Skinny and covered in fleas, she was friendly but in pain. Her tail was broken. She would require an amputation, spay and tooth extraction with repairs in her mouth. Taken to a foster home to heal, Carolina loves people and other dogs. She gained weight and muscle, recouping and recovering from her injuries. She loves car rides and being in public. Quiet and relaxed watching people, she loves getting attention. She gives hugs to her foster and checks the counter for snacks. Her hips and legs have made a full recovery without further surgery. Carolina is crate trained, plays with small dogs and big dogs. Submissive and non aggressive, her playgroup includes small dogs and large dogs. Carolina has army crawled pasted barking dogs to avoid them. She is gentle with smaller dogs and lets them bully her. Carolina does have a big bark when strangers come to her home, tail wagging, she waits to be properly introduced then demands petting. She appears to have food allergies (to chicken) and her coat immediately improved with a change in diet (currently on quality Lamb kibble).
