Meet Herbie! Herbie is a 1 and a half year old Aussie who is a wiggle butt of love. Just hearing his name, or one of the many many variations (Herburger, Herbie-werbie, Herbert), sends him into full-body wiggles! He's up to date on his vaccines, fixed, and on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. He would thrive with another canine companion. When he isn't playing with other dogs, he'll be right next to you (or on you – he's a lover!). Currently unknown how he is with cats and children, but due to his herding breed we feel a home without cats and small children would be best. Some of his favorite things: - Doggy daycare - Playing tug - Running around outside - Laying on your lap - Goofing around - Partying hard Herbie would do best in a home where his energy is understood and his needs can be met. While he is a great buddy, he also needs structure to be the best version of himself! Herbie was surrendered with a bite history, but deemed a non-dangerous dog by the city. His foster dad is a dog trainer with 10+ years of experience with dogs. Since his surrender, Herbie has been going to doggy daycare with his foster dad everyday and has done stellar with dogs of all sizes.
