Meet Herbie, he came to us all the way from Louisiana where he was saved from a Hoarder home. He came in with 6 other small dogs. Herbie is very affectionate, loves going for walks and hasn’t had a single accident yet. He’s 2 years of age and weighs 17lbs. He’s scruffy and super cute. He’d love his own home to call his own.
