Henry - Puppy

Animal Profile: Henry is an estimated 7-month-old, male Lab/Terrier mix (best guess) who joined us on 6/7 from Texas. Henry is a love bug! He walks well on a leash and loves all people and other dogs. Will add more info as we get to know him Foster Update: Henry is a big, affable, goofball Texas hound-mix. . . and a very good boy! At ~7 months old, he weighs ~45 lbs. He LOVES to play - with toys, other dogs, or people, but he's also increasingly able to chill out in the house or in his crate (especially when he has solid exercise and something good to chew on). Henry is a marvelous walking companion, generally polite on the leash or in the car. He's been learning and enjoying nose work games and could have a future in amateur competitions. Or if you're just looking for a sweet and snuggly best friend, Henry would be happy to sign up. He would do best with a yard to play in and regular access to a playmate. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.
