Welcome to NYC little Professor Henry Higgins! Mr. Higgins is a 9 year old, 13 pound, adorable Chihuahua! Henry's foster says, "Henry is very gentle and chill. He does great around a house full of dogs and isn't bothered by them. He is okay to chill by himself and/or hang with the humans for cuddles and pets." Henry is super affectionate and loves to relax, he'll even happily go into his crate to get a good nap in!
