Henry

Henry is an approximately 1 year old bully type, best guess is American Bully. He currently weighs in at 50 pounds, and still needs to gain a few more. Henry has only ever lived in a car, until a caring person offered to take him and find him a better lifestyle. He currently lives with 10 other dogs and gets along great with all of them. He is very playful, extremely affectionate and loves snuggling up to his human at night. He is overly curious about cats, so no cats for this rambunctious puppy. Henry was recently seen by a veterinarian and was diagnosed with Demodex mange. He is currently on medication for this. He has lots of bald patches that will take some time to heal, but he will make a full recovery. In the meantime, his exposure to sun should be very limited. He is allergic to chicken, so the recommended diet for him would be a sensitive stomach and skin diet. Before deciding to adopt Henry, please research Demodex mange, what causes it, and how to manage it. Henry deserves a dog mom/dad that is 100% committed to his health and well-being. Henry is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. A home visit will be required to adopt Henry. Henry is a courtesy post for House of Hope at Shelton, WA. His adoption fee is $450.
