Hello everyone! I'm Hennessey, a sweet, energetic, and playful 11-pound chocolate Chihuahua/ Rat Terrier mix fella with a white vest, tail-tip, and four white mittens who was born in September 2021. I'm great with everyone (adults as well as kids) and other dogs. I'll do best with lots of close family contact. I'm a friendly, affectionate dude who's very social. Cuddling in someone's lap is my favorite spot and where I require plenty of quality time. Chihuahuas are touted as "the tiny dogs with huge personalities" (who can rule the home like a little Napoleon without proper training). Be sure not to make the mistake of thinking, since I'm a little lap dog, that I don't require training and exercise. My size makes me an ideal apartment dog, but I'd relish a little daily exercise for my mental and physical well-being. Nothing would make me happier than for you to invest your time and energy into treating me like a big dog. A Good Samaritan found me wandering the streets all alone with no identification and brought me to Miss Donna to find me a wonderful new home. In case you're looking for a bundle of love the size of a minute, I'm your boy! If you come to meet me today, I hope that you'll take me home in your purse! Hennessey is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $250 for dogs older than 9 months. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
