Meet Henderson, a two-year-old Shepherd mix with a courageous soul who was plucked from the brink of despair in Georgia, facing the euthanasia list in a high-kill shelter. Thankfully, Big Dog Ranch Rescue stepped in, recognizing his unwavering spirit and determination to survive. He will thrive as the only dog in the household due to his selective nature with other dogs, and although has peacefully coexisted with cats in the past, it is best that he NOT go to his next home if they have cats. He walks with grace on the leash and most notably, he's a HUGE water enthusiast, finding sheer joy in all aquatic adventures. Henderson is in search of his next forever home, one where he will be the center of your world and not be overly exposed to other dogs in the neighborhood. A nice yard where his family can play with him will be great too!
