Heidi is a 7-8 month-old German shepherd dog mix,, although mixed with what we couldn't tell you! It has been suggested that shes a full shepherd but a runt of the litter, which would explain why she was at a shelter, but who knows...She was rescued from a kill shelter at just 3-4 months old, we realized straight away she is much smaller than the average shepherd, she is only 38lbs and probably won't get much bigger than 50lbs full grown. She is such a happy playful girl, full of life, and loves to play with her foster friends. Her high energy would suit an active family and maybe older children due to her accidentally knocking over a little one with her playfulness. She loves attention and enjoys to be with her person making her a great candidate for agility or almost any working environment,
She is fully vetted, house and crate-trained, and does well on a leash.
Heidi is very sweet and loving, she's a super young dog waiting for her forever home.
