Sweet man Hector!
This guy is deserving of so much more than the cards he has been dealt. Hector was found running the streets in New Orleans and no one came forth for him. When he first came to us you can tell his faith in humanity was slowing dwindling away. Since then, his little personality has flourished! He is a silly boy who is looking for a place to call his own.
Hector is around 6 years old, fully up to date on all vaccines and neutered. He is looking for an adopter or foster home immediately!
