Hello there, I go by the name of Heart Eyes Emoji, though my real charm lies in my loving nature. I'm a 2-year-old Pit Bull/Hound mix who found himself at this shelter after a stint as a stray. I'm eager to find a forever home where I can share my affection with a loving family. With my youthful energy, I'm on the hunt for an active household that can help me channel my enthusiasm into fulfilling activities and plenty of playtime. While I'm still learning the ropes of polite behavior, I'm a quick study and would thrive with patient guidance from my new family. Though I haven't had the chance to mingle with other dogs at the shelter, I'm open to the idea of a meet and greet - who knows, we might hit it off! As for my tendency to jump up, well, I'm gradually realizing it's not the best way to get attention, so a home with older children who can help me refine my manners would be ideal.
