Hazel is a 3 year old female weighing about 40 pounds. Hazel looks like she has had a bit of a struggle in the past, but we are working to put that all behind her. She is under weight, but that's nothing that a few groceries won't fix. Hazel loves attention and walks well on a leash. She is up to date on all vaccines and will be spayed, micro chipped, given a rabies shot and heart worm test upon adoption. Her adoption fee is $200. Transportation assistance is available
