Hazel is a 10-lb., approx. 13-14-year-old terrier mix and is a sweet lady who loves attention. She is always aware of where you are and wants to be near you. She is house trained and great on car rides, she makes herself comfortable and takes a nap. She prefers short walks only, she does her business and then wants to go right back home. She would prefer a small fenced yard with the freedom of being off leash. Sometimes she likes to sleep with her person and sometimes she likes her own bed. This sweet girl loves ear rubs and is always excited when her person comes home. Hazel gets along with other dogs both large and small, but she would prefer to be with calm dogs similar to her age and energy level. She hasn't shown interest in playing with other dogs or toys while with her foster. Hazel will make a wonderful companion to someone who is home most of the time, and has time to give her all the attention she deserves. We are adopting her to an all-adult home only.
