Introducing.....the Marvelous Ms. Hayzel! She is a beautiful 8-month-old, 50 lbs. Australian Shepherd mix, and an absolute gem. She's affectionate, eager to explore, and very trainable. Hayzel is incredibly loving and wants to be with her humans wherever they go! She loves to be outside, to hike, and is taking a greater interest in water.
Hayzel would do well with a home that is active and is looking for a dog to take with them everywhere, including (according to Hayzel): community events, camping, or that last minute run to Home Depot. Hayzel loves to do puzzles and play with her foster home's resident Aussie. She is also very content to sit by your feet and enjoy a bone as a way to wind down.
Hayzel, while alert and curious, is doing well on walks (both on leash and off) and has done well interacting with all other dogs, small children, and adults. She responds well to direction and is improving daily with commands of recall and place.
Hayzel is a happy, gentle soul and lifelong companion in the making.
Hayzel is up to date medically and being fostered in Pittsburgh, PA.
