Hawkeye is a mature adult golden Lab mix sadly left in a pound when his people lost their home. He is so sad, but behaving like the gentleman he is. Sweet Hawkeye has had some training, he is well housetrained, no chewing, knows basic commands. He is doing wonderfully with his foster home's kids and cats and other dogs. He does have some beginning arthritis in his hips likes car rides, cuddle time, walks, and is a low key, easy, trained dog. Nobody considers him because of his age (7 years) and his slightly sloping hips, but he is a treasure. He would love to be a family dog.
(Help, I need a foster with a little less rowdy dog crew!) For obvious reasons, all animals adopted from Homeward Bound MUST live indoors only. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for heartworm and lyme disease.
