How in the world is Harvey still looking for a forever family? He’s a 45 lb “lapdog” who is playful and full of personality. He is so unusual with his spots on one ear, mask on one side of his face, and those adorable short squatty legs that we all adore!
Harvey is fully vetted, housetrained, crate trained, and he currently shares a foster home with other dogs and the resident cat. Harvey does love playing so a home with a medium to large dog to play tug-o-war with sounds perfect to him!
