Meet Harper! This girl is full of energy, and would love someone who can exercise with her! She is a goofy, playful girl. Harper is 4 years old as of 6/12/24. She is other dog selective - she has shown favoritism towards males of a more submissive nature. She needs a home with no cats, or small dogs. She is SO smart, and loves to learn!
