from CT Animal House. Harley came into Animal Control when his owner could no longer care for him. He had a couple of lumps removed, and had a terrible skin infection when we took him in. Harley has been completely refurbished and he is ready to go! If you want a walking buddy that loves to socialize with everyone he meets, then Harley is your guy!
