Dear potential adopters, We are so excited to introduce you to your next fur baby, Harley! She is a friendly and affectionate dog with lots of love to give. She loves to play, but also enjoys being a couch potato and receiving lots of pets. Be careful though, she will melt your heart with her loving eyes and you'll find yourself giving her lots of treats - which she loves! She gets along with other dogs and has good leash manners, and she already knows some basic commands. Here's the thing: Harley has tested positive for heartworm. Don't let this scare you! She has already completed treatment and is ready for her forever home. Harley does need to remain low activity until her 6 month retest in August, that just means no running or rough playing for a few more months until she's in the all clear. If you are looking for a fun, affectionate and playful companion, we know you'll love Harley.
