We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Meet the 7 Dwarfs Litter! A woman was walking here dog through a park in San Antonio, Texas. She noticed a box with 7 puppies inside :( She took them home and began reaching out to rescues to help her. We connected and decided on the 7 Dwarfs theme. We have no idea what happened to their mom. Happy, 7-8 weeks (estimated DOB January 2024), male, mixed breed, estimated to be large size when full grown. He is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX and can transport out of state once an adopter is approved. Overall, this litter is very sweet and playful! They are very typical puppies who are on the go until they nap. They love to tug on each other, chase tails and remain very curious. He is not fully potty trained. His foster mom has worked with him on this and he is getting the hang of it, but we expect a few accidents in a new home. He has started crate training. He would do well in a home with another dog who can show him the ropes and continue his positive socialization. He has not been around cats. He is in a home with kids and is a playful puppy. We will note he has baby teeth which can be sharp. We always recommend a home with kids who understand and respect animal boundaries. Puppies are very adorable, snuggly and a lot of fun. They also require a lot of time, energy, consistency and training into adulthood. We are looking for a home that understands this process and is willing to commit to this journey. Temperaments change as they develop and we are always looking for homes that will invest resources into a puppy. Happy's foster mom notes he likes to dig, always down for playtime, not a big fan of baths and loves cuddles. Puppies under 6 months of age are placed on a spay/neuter contract until they are old enough to be altered. For puppies this age, someone needs to be home more than they are away as crating them for long periods of time is not conducive for their developmental needs. This means if you work more than 4 hours outside of the home, if there is not a plan for the time you are away we are are not able to consider your application. If you can't decide which puppy from the litter you are interested in, please list all the names. Of note, we do not adopt littermates to the same home. ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown.
