Happy is just that...HAPPY!
When our volunteers came to photograph this cutie he let us know pretty quickly that his only ambition in life is to be a lap dog.
If you are looking for a dog with a cute face and an even cuter personality, look no further than him. He'll make you feel...well...happy! And who doesn't need more of that?
Happy can be a little slow to warm up to strangers (not aggressive, just shy) so it would be wonderful to see him go to a home where he can be properly socialized and enjoy the good things in life. We believe he and his siblings (Dopey and Grumpy) were just kept outdoors all their lives before being dumped (they were super dirty when they came in).
This boy loves toys and definitely needs his own toy bin!
He has not displayed dog aggression at the shelter and has not been cat tested.
Happy is not neutered but comes with a voucher to pay 100% of the cost at a vet of your choosing.
