Happy was a stray in Texas that was living under someone’s trailer home. They kept threatening to shoot him. The neighbor who is an independent dog rescuer couldn’t let that happen and we couldn’t either. All we had to do was see his dancing video to know how awesome he is. He does a spin jump wiggle move like you’ve never seen before. And that dance move is what gave him the name HAPPY. He is currently in a foster home in Hopeville CT. He lives with and gets along with all types of dogs. He did test positive for heartworm and is being treated for that. He loves kids and everyone he meets. ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE or will be SPAYED OR NEUTERED. The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm. Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $65.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.)
