My Story

Hannah has been such a resilient soul. She landed very scared and very pregnant at one of California's roughest shelters only to give birth a few short days later. She and her 10 puppies were immediately put on the euthanasia list BUT the universe had a different plan. 7 of her 10 puppies passed between the shelter and the first 7 days at her foster. But, that did not stop Hannah from being the best mama to her babies; she played with them, regulated their play with each other, and was so attentive. In her foster home, she was a social butterfly, in a home with 2 other small dogs and a 5yo human and enjoyed every minute of it. She loves to love and she loves to be loved. Hannah has been around dogs big and small and shown to be dog selective. She loved to play, but she is alpha in the best way. So long as the other dog allows her to be, she loves having a companion. Hannah is crate and potty trained. Hannah is kid tested and kid approved; from babies to teens. But we prefer Hannah to be with older children who can read her. We would love to see Hannah in a home where the family likes to go on walks, hikes, and is willing to continue to help her with her leash skills. Please apply at www.realgood.dog/adopt
