Hannah is a 3-year old GSD who has had to overcome a challenging start, but is now thriving.
She is a “people dog” and loves her play and cuddles.
She is especially fond of tug: every day is arm day with Miss Hannah in the house!
She is a quick and eager learner and would love and excel in agility, nose work, or other dog sports.
She requires some management around food guarding but has improved hugely with gentle training and will continue to do so.
She is roughly 80lbs. Her vetting is fully up to date and her hips have been checked.
Hannah is looking for:
Force-free and fear-free training and management.
An owner with working breed experience or who is willing to work with a trainer: she will not thrive as a couch potato and needs mental stimulation.
A quiet urban, suburban, or rural home - yard required for an urban home. She finds life in a dense urban area too stimulating.
Older, dog-smart kids or teens; she loves small kids and is glad to visit with them but shouldn't be around them while being fed.
