My Story
I've come a long way from where I started. My name is Hank and I had a rough beginning, but now I'm livin' the good life - safe, warm, and fed. I'm 7 months old, tipping the scales at a solid 36 pounds. According to the DNA test, I'm mostly Great Pyrenees and Pitbull. I am working on house, crate and leash training and making great progress, but I must admit I would prefer to sleep with you! I am smart and already have the command for "sit" down, as long as there are treats involved! I'm all about spreading the love, whether it's snuggling up on the couch or romping around in the yard with my sister. But don't let my cuddly side fool you - I've got plenty of energy to burn, and I'm always up for a game of fetch or a brisk walk around the block. I will need a home with a fenced yard and a family who will continue my training. I love car rides, particularly when they end with a pup cup. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve to keep you entertained, like jumping for joy on my back legs when it's dinner time! If you are looking for a smart, sweet boy ready for the adventure of a lifetime....you have found the right guy!
**As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out**
**Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Any approximation provided is no guarantee.**
