Hank

This is Hank he is a good boy. He can do tricks and listens well. Loves to play and treat motivated. He is looking for a forever home. Cowboy Hank was a victim we literally pulled off the cruel streets of North Houston, Texas (Cleveland area where dogs and other animals are systematically subjected to inhumane and cruel treatment) where he suffered neglect, was a stray and wondered aimlessly trying to find his way in this maze called life. Turns out this beautiful original cream-colored predominant shepherd mix is a great boy estimated around 2 years of age, he is fully vetted now, full of personality, loves other dogs (don't know about cats lol) but is selective to a certain degree and does well with slow introductions to bunk mates, This country boy will do anything for a treat and a little bit of attention gotta love him. His life was hard when we brought him to the back woods dog lodge where he has settled in nicely but there's nothing he'd like better than to land in a great forever home with a little land for him to roam on, a tall fence (he clears a 6' fence and I do mean clears), and a lifetime of unconditional love where he never has to suffer neglect and abuse again. He was heartworm positive but is fully vetted including neuter and all vaccines, has been treated completely for his heartworms and is recovering nicely. He's a country boy at heart better off a lonely dog but would do well with bunk mates and would do great on a ranch or home with some acreage where he has plenty of room to run and he doesn't mind working for his keep as long as he gets some pats in return. He can sit and shake and is extremely loyal to those who love him. Never spend another night alone!
