Hamlet

Hamlet is an easy walking dog. He came to KC Pet Project as a stray, but recently went on a Dog Day Out (adventure out of the shelter), "Hamlet was an absolute sweetie! First my husband and I took him to get some burgers from McDonald's and then to Arrowhead stadium (where my husband works) to walk around for a bit. We found a nice spot in the shade and sat in the grass where he cuddled right up to me and rolled over for some belly rubs. Then we headed to a park where we relaxed in the shade. We were sitting at a picnic table and Hamlet jumped right up on the bench to be pet. Then he jumped up on the table, silly boy! We ended the day with a pup cup and lots of pets and kisses (for Hamlet and from Hamlet). He took to my husband almost immediately but definitely favors women over men. He was a bit skittish if any men made sudden movements. Overall, Hamlet is a very affectionate, friendly, and handsome boy. I hope he finds a loving home soon!" His foster home gave us an update and they are saying he is potty trained, doesn't mind his kennel but can free roam as well. Hamlet joins morning playgroups and would need to meet any potential dog siblings prior to going home. Hamlet is currently living in a foster home, email [email protected] to meet him! He has been neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
