Haley - bLUe EyeS!

What an exceptional and very very lucky dog! We all so thrilled to have her in our rescue. Haley is one of hundreds and hundreds of dogs that are dumped out of cars into the never ending orchards in Bakersfield. Haley wondered onto a property (not another one for miles), where and organization sets up feeding stations. The residents dog did not like her, so they kept her chained up in the back. We rescued 7 puppies and 5 adults from the fields that week. Haley is flourishing in her new home, walking well on a leash. and just soaking up being loved. Such a good girl. We are guessing she is about 3 years old and weighs 49 pounds. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them.
